So I re-installed the game today (got a new SSD). The inventory and everything transferred fine, but the Atlas path quest is gone.
No anomalies, no option for the path in the map screen, nothing. Was there something in the game directory that I should have transferred?
I guess it goes without saying that the old SSD is already wiped... Am I screwed?
What are my options now? Get to the center of the galaxy? Start over?

EDIT: I only copied the folder in users/*name*/appdata/roaming. I guess that wasn't enough.

EDIT2: Nevermind, I warped at max range to a random system and promptly found a new anomaly. Seems like it's back to normal now.

Sell your Atlas stones, at least you get money for it. I completed The Atlas missions twice, once giving the stones, once not. The story continued (go to the center of the galaxy) the same way, except when I sold the stones, I was 4 million credits richer.

Yeah I've already read that somewhere. But still, gotta do it once with the stones, out of principle ;)
