Any one else have the game crash so hard the PC reboots?

I've good Doom running with Vulkan and don't get this.

Using i5 cpu, R9 390, 24GB RAM, running from a SSD

I cannot exit the game without getting stuck on a black screen. Left it there for over 10 minutes and was still stuck on a black screen. The only way for me to get out of it is to hit the reboot button on the front of my pc

I've not encountered this. I do recommend running the game in windowed/borderless windowed mode. The game locks up on many people when you alt-tab unless running in one of these modes. If the game freezes while exiting, the windowed mode could make it easier to get at your task bar to kill it without a reboot.

This must be a lack of memory issue. Maybe the game is eating up so much memory (and not returning it) it`s crashing when anything strains it.

I have had none of these problems even when I accidentally tabbed out to Windows and back. And I`ve played over 6 hours now.

I have a LOT of memory so maybe that`s why I`m not having the problem.

I had it once. The game froze up, then seconds later windows froze up and I had to hard reboot :/

I've noticed the game will use 100% cpu at times as well, which is not normal. I've had some weird corrupt terrain once too. Could be a memory leak or something. Wouldn't be surprising with how bad the game runs.
