No reward
Broke into the factory, problem solved but no reward received. It worked in 2.04 but not in 2.09.

Factories now have tech trees. Were you able to see the tree and choose your upgrade?

No tech trees, there is nothing shown

In my experience, you'll either get presented with a blueporint tree or receive some tech. It's would assume, that it is entirely possible, that in the case of receiving tech, if you already have that tech, you get Nanites instead, just as it was before Beyond.

But not getting a reward at all seems to be quite odd.

Some puzzles don't give a reward such as tech or items. You may only get a reputation boost. Do you remember which puzzle it was?

One was a drill in the ground getting hot, I could ether take it out or repair the motor, I repaired the motor, nano bots went down and tuck off the heat. The blue light pillar turned up that shows that all is OK. I don’t remember the second one.
