Appears that there is a new update today called the "Living Ship Release"

I personally don't know why this needed to be a thing, but whatever, the world isn't a playground just for me.

I encountered several new things while playing today. First off was the start of the Living Ship quest, as well as a few things in space - including a trader's ship that I was able to buy/sell from. The other in-space anomalies I found were quite interesting, though I was unable to interact with them or gather any other data. My interest is certainly piqued once again... Well done, Hello Games, let's see what 2020 has to offer!
