So, I have no idea how this happened but it started after the last patch - I can re-open any container in the game for infinite times. It's a bug but I would like to know whether there is anyone else experiencing this. Even after a reload, quitting the game etc. it is still happening. I mean, I made around 20 mil. units in about 30 minutes just by trading artefacts from a container next to a trading post, so I'm not complaining but it's kinda weird. This game really needs some tweaking...

Not seen this bug at all. Never. Although I did have a crash everytime I accessed the multi-tool box. Until I redownloaded and reinstalled.

Could be your installaton was corrupted. Save your saves, uninstall and download and reinstall the whole thing fresh.

P.s. then again, maybe you wouldn`t want to.

Yeah, I think the reinstall might help. However, considering how tedious the whole mining thing is, I might stick to this bug for a while since the only really interesting part of this game is exploration and with the money it's much easier now.
'Sigh', I know that there are thousands of people satisfied with this game but it could have been so much more...

I never had that happen but I did have something similar. On one of the worlds I was on, a single tower of Emeril would keep respawning.

Yes, I mean respawn, not the distance terrain draw in that vanishes after you get close when you mine it.

I mean I could mine it, go to trade point, sell all my emeril, go back and mine the whole thing again from top to bottom.

I don't have either situation, but my wife has the respawing resources one. Coincidentally, she has a much nicer ship than I do :(
