No such luck for me, I did a clean re-install too for both Galaxy and NMS!

Certain remapping will have to be reperformed in order for it to take effect. If you go through the screens a remapped key that appears in lower case will not work and needs to be reassigned even if to the same key. There is no need to type the reassignment as uppercase, the software does that. I found that certain remapped keys were not working and then noted that those that were not working appeared as lower case but they worked once I remapped to the same key. The rare previous key reassignments that were already uppercase worked.

Second issue - this may only be an issue for those that have been playing for a long time (I am still on my day 1 save) but right-click apparently remains hard-coded to fire secondary weapon so do not use this as a more convenient option to go back one screen like we were able to do before Beyond. Have had to revert to old saves on several occasions because it launched a grenade (with 3 S Modules upgrades) either too close to me or when inside a building with the net result of suicide.
