Is this another update for online only? or will also be available for those offline?

It takes a minimum of a business day for offline installers to be written.

.... I am not asking about updates. Quicksilver and other online items with the living ships are not found in the offline. Unless you have gog galaxy installed, or get a save from someone using Gog galaxy, QS & living ship content is not activated. Which is what I was asking. Is the content locked for offline users. Do we need Gog Galaxy to have it work in the game. Not when the update comes out.

I use Win7 offline and the instructions work 100%. I am currently in the middle of doing the Void Egg (living ships) mission.

This is just another exocraft, unlocked by paying those data modules you dig up for the building blueprints.
No Quicksilver involved at all, and sadly, no questline.
