The Galaxy Map used to give me thrre options:

Path to the Centre
Free Explore
Atlas Path

The third option was moved to the end of the line, with two 'greyed out' dots inbetween. Since the 2.0.0.x / v1.07 patch, I now only have the first two options selectable, with all of the other dots inactive.

Does anyone else have this issue?

I experience the same thing but this has a reason. Once you have visited 10 different Atlas interfaces it becomes clear what you have to do. To do this thing you will need 10 Atlas stones but if you have sold one or more away before it is only possible to gain those stones back by buing them from an alien. Unfortunately after you've visited the interfaces and your path was revealed it is impossible to return to this path (since it is - by the game logic - no longer necessary to offer you this path).

For me that leaves two options. Either to find a further Atlas interface by randomly flying around or to reach the center of the galaxy on a normal way.

Thanks for explaining that. I picked Atlas Path at the start, then got side tracked just picking stars and going to them. I have recently decided to get back on the path, and got a second Atlas Stone. I thought about selling them since they don't stack, but now I won't. I don't really need the space anyway, at this point I am teched up, ship, and suit maxed, plus have a ship that looks ok.

Thanks for the reply, but I have not visited 10 Atlas Interfaces. I was just starting the trail, I have 1 Atlas stone. *sadface*

This also happened to me fairly early on in the game when the update to 1.07 came out... I had not even visited the first atlas interface yet, but the game had shown it to me and put a waypoint there in the galactic map which I had yet to visit. (I have zero "atlas stones" even now). I have not yet found any additional space anomalies so I'm not sure how to get the path back... but it seems to have been caused by the update in some way. I don't think it has anything to do with how many interfaces you've visited, but I am glad to know there is not just the one. Hopefully I will find another one eventually... seems like a pretty game-breaking bug to just remove your "quest" with no possible option to get it back.
