quin76: When I get to a star system that has a black hole (been through 3 of them), I drop out of warp directly in front of the black hole opening. It easily fills up my entire view port and I cannot miss it. All that is required is to jet through the opening. I was pretty sure that's how it is for other players.
misscrabtree456: Ok, trying not be rude, but in order for me drop out of warp in front of the black hole, I need to find it. That may sound rude but i don't know how else to put it.
So here is problem: I go to system "marked" as having a black hole. Once in the system I find only planets and other normal stuff. I do not find a black hole. Is there some trick to it that I am missing.
I think that's where our experiences have diverged:
1. Once you find in the galactic map a star system that has a black hole, that's all that's needed to 'find.'
2. You target that star system and then warp there.
3. You will drop out of warp directly in front of the black hole, and you won't need to do anything special to 'see' the black hole.
My only guess at your situation is that you
didn't actually warp to a star system that has a black hole.
In your galactic map, how are you determining the target star system has a black hole? You should see either:
1. Free exploration mode, anomaly detected, spiral icon.
2. If asked, Nada will give you waypoints to a nearby hole.
3. After finishing the Atlas storyline, you will see stars framed in grey triangles that have black holes.
I've taken the above liberally from
