Not sure if anyone else is having the same problem. When I play the survival version of game I get to ship and get it fixed and fill thrusters with plutonium to 100% but they wont launch.

If I recall correctly, you also need to get the Pulse Engine repaired in order to launch and operate the ship. It is a bit non-obvious, I agree, since you probably won't be firing up the pulse drive immediately; it's not needed to cruise around the local ball of rock but ya gotta have it.

Thanks I have completely repaired the Ship and have filled both with fuel. I was told to make sure when i reported it as a bug to remove mods but I havent used any of them. Thanks though.

If you only repair the launch thrusters and you try to launch, a message will appear that tells you the pulse engine is critcally damaged or something like that. Not sure how it wouldn't be obvious unless you're saying that message doesn't appear in survival. It appears in normal and permadeath.
