I know how to relaod it with bullets (R on PC) but I still have 0 grenades on the screen, I started with 6 grenades , I used them but each time I reload the gun it s only the bullets

Did you refill the grenade icon in the grenade multitool box?

Yes I did, but I didn't think I had to press and HOLD the letter for the grenades to reload them, because it said 0 grenades.... But It worked thanks

Same button to fire grenades will reload it, in my case the default is the middle mouse button. You'll still need to go into your multitool and recharge the grenades when completely depleted but until then keep hitting middle mouse button (or your assigned key for grenades) when you need to reload.
