I've just installed No Man's Sky on a 65 bit windows ten PC and using an Xbox1 controller but after chosing which sort of gameI want, I can't get an further than the starfiled and the keyboad and all I can do is move the ship around. How do I get any further?

What happens? Do you get a blank screen, black screen, does the game crash?

No. Just flying through the starfield. I can steer the ship but none of the keys or other controls work.

This is the loading screen. Have you been waiting for a while? Especially the first time it can take a little longer.
