I initially had several CTDs after changing the game resolution or some other graphics setting. I noticed that the game reported my video card as 'Unknown AMD card'. Tried updating the drivers from Adrenalin 19.5.2 to the newest 19.8.1 and the card is now correctly recognised as AMD RX560. The game no longer crashes, it is possible to fiddle with in-game settings to try to squeeze some performance out. I also have never had any crash or visual anomaly during gameplay since updating. I guess that many of the reported crashes could probably be related to the Vulkan driver, having the game switched from OpenGL to the Vulkan API, which is much newer.
