FYI I allways play offline. So I took a portal to a base with a weird name out of curiosity from my base thinking it was some sort of new content. I ended up on a planet without my ship and there was no base around. I called my ship then took off, as I left the atmopshere I received a call from a freighter, distress call, it appeared to be on the other side so I tried to reach it but after completing 2-3 laps around the belt I realized it was sitting at the core of the planet. I ended up entering the atmosphere a few times and every time I exit same guy called me again, tried declining a few times but he just keeps calling. I tried to jump out of the system but the system map was completely dark, game froze and I had to shut down. So tldr, my save is pretty much dead.

I don't know how that happened exactly so can't help you re-create it. Just don't visit any bases with weird names, stick to space stations.
Sorry if i didnt understand properly, but how were you able to visit another base if you always play offline?

In any event, assuming you can play in multiplayer and have at least one friend, perhaps you could circumvent your problem by joinning their game with your save, which will allow you to spawn in their location and resume playing properly.

It is also a sadly frequent occurence that upon warping to another's base, it will fail to load, which also causes it to be automatically removed from your teleport destinations list.

Sorry, the formatting screwed up and it would not let me fix my message no matter how many times I edited it. What I wanted to say is that this was a well known bug in a well known system, the system you teleported to is Likholu.

https://nomanssky.gamepedia.com/Likholu#:~:text=Likholu%20is%20a%20phantom%20star,found%20themselves%20in%20this%20system.
It won't let me post that link, it's the no man's sky wiki entry for Likholu, just google it.

It's a phantom star in the center of the galaxy that a bunch of people use as a base system. they were stranded there after an ;update, but now the system appears in everyone's portal list. On my game, if I check the galaxy map in that system I cannot close the galaxy map and have to kill NMS. You can still fly around and explore it, it's a very famous system. And you will always get that distress call from inside the planet, I was actually able to complete it because I went in my freighter for some time and the bad guys were close when I came out.

Yes, i haved the bug also (after the 3.03 update).

After flying around to find the freighter, i landed on the planet and save the game + reload the new save. After this, the freighter was in the space. I go in the battle and the freighter was an Venator Resurgent.

To come out of the System was the only way the use of teleporter in the space station.

I haved this repeat (from the save game on the planet) for the possibilty to dismantle my old freighter:
Fly to the Space station, warp to the system with my actual freighter, dismantle him and go via teleporter to the planet in the Likholu System. Make the battle and received an Venator Resurgent with B-Class / 32 Slots + 8 Tech.

I have repeat the visits in Likholu on other days and any times i became the same mission. Have not proved the class from the freighter, but the type was any time an Venator Resurgent.

Try this, if you want this freighter type.
I have this bug as well and after noticing the fact that my Galaxy Map is blank (and caused the game to crash after I press the button to snap to my current location) and bringing my Frighter to it wiped all of my customization to it I have decided to avoid it in the future and pretend it doesn't exist. If you see this show up on your protal location listing do yourself a favor and pretend you don't see it and NEVER travel to it no matter how tempting it seems.

The Atlas warns you all not to venture to this world beyond worlds that exists outside the system for if you do you could be lost forever in the void of space never to be seen again. 16 - 16 - 16 - 16
You're right, have forgotten this.

After i spend 2 hours for the customization the new freighter and save for the night, i find next morning the freighter is blank.

For me, i decide the following way:
Go to the space station, warp to an safe system, fly with the starship in space and call the freighter in this system. After this, i have'nt trouble with all.

The space station is now safe, was on it for trades and all its fine. If you go in the starship, you get immediately the distress call from the freighter outside. If you want a new payroll for an Venator freighter, fly to the space and go in the battle.

!Dont use the Galaxy map in the Likholu System - this is the Killer bug! The system is in the middle of the galaxy and seeming an relict of an early release of NMS.
Ths system is very populated. I have bases here in 3 different saves. There are 3 ways out of this system, base teleporter (yours or some one elses), the teleporter at the space station, or the one in the anomaly which you can call in. I used to save the freighter but it never ends and I just ignore it now. Also tthe freighter is not always in the planet, sometimes it's in orbit.

I have that bug, too.
I also got that bug that the galaxy map is empty in that specific system and i also fell throught the terrain on that planet.
Teehee... I also was curious about a base that popped up in my portal list when I multi-player disabled. Sure enough, it took me to Likholu, which I had not heard of before. After a half an hour of wandering around, constantly falling through the planet trying to drive from one player base to the next, I called my fieghter, took off, and portaled the heck out that nightmare! :) Interesting experience though, especially seeing the space battle inside the planet as I fell from one side of the planet, through the core, and popped out on land again on the other side...

how long did you fall through the planet, until you popped out on the other side? Just curious :D
It was at least 2 to 3 minutes. :)
