Maybe you're using SLI? Someone else complained about that gog com/forum/no_mans_sky/foundation_update_broke_sli Otherwise... I don't know ... this game is still too buggy maybe try disabling/enabling vsync.

The game just downloaded a new experimental patch.

I do not see any patch notes but I *think* it included a SLI fix.

GOG gives us a new NMS.exe file, make sure your profile in graphics card, points to the right executable. I had issues here, til I pointed settings to right AMD profile. Made a brand new one.

I don't even use profiles xD unless nvidia makes profiles for each game on it's own and nope not using SLI. It's just a single GTX 970.
