Hi GOG Team. Could you please explain why it's 59.99 Euros when IT's also 59.99 $? From what I know those prices are not the same. Please explain why your policy does not apply here.

Uhm, it does. It has the same Fair Price policy as all the other games in the catalog: If the game is more expensive in your region than in the US, you get the difference as store credit. That's what the policy has been ever since they introduced regional pricing. What makes you think this is different?

59.99 USD = 53.4100 EUR --> This one

And also...I never received such credit they are writing about. At least I saw no example of how it should work. For me, fair play is to charge it exactly as it is and not in some kind of I don't know what kind of policy it is. I only want to know how it really works as I never experienced this situation.

In summary it should be 53.41 Euros or something around it.

Check the Email you got when you bought the Game. It tells you that you got 5.50€ as Store credit because of this policy. It does for me at least in Germany
I couldn't find the place where it shows how much you have but I remember it being used on for previous purchases I had.

If you bothered to read what it said on the game page, you would already know how it worked. See attached screenshot. I have highlighted the interesting bit with a red square, even though it was already highlighted with a different colour text than the rest.

This might be a stupid question, but does the Fair Price Policy take into account VAT?

Ou thanks a lot for a proof here! Never noticed that, BUT it could happen to me because I am taking sales only. I think that's why I never experienced or noticed that info there. My bad :) I only wanted to point that out, because I saw summarized policy in main page and also the price and compared with $ price. Thought there was something fishy about it.
