Quick question, can I acquire the Exomech and all the relevant upgrades offline, i.e. without using Quicksilver? I ask because my game PC does not have internet.

The Exomech is available from the Construction Research Terminal in the Anomaly. You'll need some Salvaged Technology modules. While you're at that terminal, grab the Orbital Exocraft Materializer and the base-wire-hiding-thing (forget the proper name).

The Exocraft guy in the same room has the tech upgrades you'll need for the Exomech and their prices are in Nanites.

So, no Quicksilver needed for this one.
