MaceyNeil: I think it's the mouse software. I have a logitech G602 and I've changed the middle button over to mouse button 3 (Middle click), so I grabbed a secondary mouse I had lying around and it has a website navigate popup whereas the logitech doesn't even though technically it should have the exact same function.
Sucks i cannot actually configure my keys like every non shitty xbox convert out there to date, but it is what it is and i'm about to test it in game once i reinstall the logitech G602 drivers from scratch to see if i can restore it to factory settings (has on board memory profile which may be the issue of why I can set it to middle mouse function, but not actually have middle mouse function).
Sorry for not getting back with an update sooner I've been busy with work and not gaming much.
I have the logitech software too, what's confusing about it is, that you can set the mouse buttons for the game you want, but it doesn't explain to also ADD THE GAME EXE in the Big Box with the + sign in it.
Once I figured that out and clicked the + button below the big box the NMS.EXE to it, THEN it detected the game when I run it and changes the middle mouse button from Double-click to Middle Click
The big box I'm talking about is, after you set up the mouse profile the way you like it, you have to pick the tiny Down Arrow icon in the Game Icon, (OR JUST RIGHT CLICK the Game Icon) then pick PROPERTIES, it then brings you to a pop up box with a big black box with a + sign in it, click that + sign, then browse to NMS.exe and add it.
Check out the screenshot I took, that the little pop up you add the game EXE to in order for the profile to work.
