in my game i found a star system with 6 planets.
i surveyed the first 5 planets and all went well.
when i landed on the 6th planet i didn't get the "first discovery" cinematic.
the planet is also not listed under the discoveries menu to name and send
plants i found.
from space the planet is still marked as "undiscovered".
