ChewyWeAreNotHome: The promised announcement from Old Gods came out and stated that Update 1.3 will release this week and will be called Atlas Rises. A specific release date is not mentioned and patch notes will come out shortly after the update is released. The announcement was signed by Sean.

Please note that each of the first two updates were released the day after the pending update was formally announced.

I am sure that the complete text of the announcement will be posted on the ETARC and Game Detectives websites although ETARC will be transitioning in the near future to be the Citizen Science Division (CSD).

I agree that it sucks, but I have a PS4 so, yeah..... LOL I do prefer the PC with mods and all... :D

Joint exploration has been introduced allowing 16 players to see visual representations of each other in game. Joint exploration does not require PS Plus, and is not currently available on GOG Galaxy.
Looks like we won't get the joint exploration feature, at-least not at release. It's not something I would care to use but that's a bit disapointing.

Steam servers usualy update at 10:00AM PST (13:00 EST) so i guess a few more hours for me

my PS4 was updated about 1 hour ago ....sigh

starting new game, clean slate, by the time I am up and running, patch should hit :)

It's always best to start a new game after a patch is released and downloaded. This is because somtimes certain fixes or improvments can only be seen with a new game that is generated after the patch as has been installed.

Well the mp is very very basic right now, but they hinted it will be expanded in the future. We don't know if we won't have mp on GOG for sure, they just said not on Galaxy. It's possible they made there own system for the GOG version to handle this, but I kind of doubt it.

Hopefully a GOG blue will confirm or not.
