When completing the task, nexus found all the animals on the planet. but when I returned to the anomaly, I found that the task was not completed. I started checking the catalog of animals and saw this. I see this for the first time, in previous versions (Beyond) everything was normal.

I've had both of those issues occur. Planets that I've long since fully cataloged the various animals will show them as undiscovered after some time. Not every planet, and there doesn't seem to be a difference between more frequently visited planets and less traveled.

I wrote to Twitter HelloGames and posted links to screenshots there, let them fix it

every time you load a saved game, the Foundation supports disappear from the base buildings, I put them again, record the game, then load the saved ones and there are no supports again
