Has anyone picked up a newer 9000 AMD gpu, like the 9070 or 9070XT and experienced poor performance, game wise? I moved off an nvidia 3070, used DDU to properly remove the drivers, etc, but the 9070 just did not work well with the game, whereas my 3070 has always been pretty good. Also, 1440p gaming at 60hz, so nothing unusual here.
