Is anyone else getting "403 Forbidden" when trying to download the offline installers?

I did not try to download all files but the one file that I tried downloaded without a problem. I had some problems downloading through Galaxy earlier as the download would stop and report a problem GOG servers but eventually was able to get it completed although the download was also very slow.

Others were having this issue for just about all GoG.com downloads using the non-Galaxy individual file download requests. It was noted in the general discussion forum.

Now, though, I just tried getting the latest patch for No Man's Sky and it's working now.

Issue resolved!

Whatever it was I also think the issue has been resolved, I am currently downloading the Halloween Update Offline installer files
