Following the main quest I ignored the suit upgrade optional one. Got the antimatter and it said make it so i did that and put it in my hyperdrive. Then my quest log said make your suit bigger, did that and not it wants me to make a warp cell.... but i have no blueprint for antimatter, i was given one... and whats odd is i already have a warp cell in my hyperdrive. How do i get the blue print or where can i get antimatter to advanced the quest again?

this is the same thing that happened prior to 1.3 except there was a few solutions to get moving forward again but none of them work now... any information on this?

The in-game guide (one of the tabs near the discovery page) says that there is no blueprint for Antimatter, so I guess you must collect it from cases on planets etc.
However, in the quest you talk about I was directed to the planet in a abandonned building. Here I got the Antimatter after activating the device inside the building. I was able to craft a warp cell.

I restarted and was given the blueprint from a Korvak that was being controlled by Atlas, i made sure to wait until the quest told me to make the warp cell and now I'm set...

EDIT: Warping to another system (M or X) fixes it.... ugh, I feel so stupid lol
