I'm getting ready to install the 1.07 update and my concern is, will my saved game be okay? I've tried to back them up, but had problems with that. So I'm thinking i'll just go ahead and install it. Thanks

Backing up your saves is really easy, just go to:

C:\Users\*[profile name you play NMS under]\*AppData\Roaming

And copy/paste the 'Hello Games' folder to another part of your PC.

*Profile name you play NMS under = the profile name you sign into windows under.
*AppDate may be set as a hidden file in which case you need to go into/find your Folder Options (varies on which version of windows you use) and look for an option to check for 'show all hidden files and folders'.

I do wish games would just install everything where you ask then too, like the NMS saves should imho, be in your main NMS game folder path.
