I'm getting really bad frame stutter every 1 1/2 seconds, which I definitely didn't get before the game updated itself a few days after I bought it. It's so bad I seriously don't even want to play it anymore. Please fix it.

MSI RX 480 Gaming X, 4GB

Your best bet is to contact Finji, as apparently, GOG does not care about this game.

I'm happy to say I found the problem: the new AMD drivers.

I used DDU to get rid of all my pre-existing drivers, then installed some old drivers from December that were left in my C:\AMD folder, and now the framerate is buttery smooth.

AMD really needs to facilitate easy driver rollback, it's really silly that I had to use DDU just to roll back to a driver from a few months ago.

Glad to hear that you found a fix.You might want to let Finji know about it so that they can try to fix whatever's off in the build, though.
