Every time I try to play, I get a message that says my version of windows is not compatible, however, I meet all the specs. I'm confused because it mentioned getting a different version (either 32bit or 64bit), so which do I need?

Although odds are you are running the 32 bit OS and tried running the 64 bit version of the game, it's still good to know how to check it for yourself.
