If it follows the same track as the Steam version, only those who bought during development got the DLC for free.

I bought it later as well as the DLC, but it was only a couple bucks and I got the game with a pretty big discount so didn't mind that. It's worth mentioning too, that Odin's Blessing is basically just easy mode and doesn't add any new content to the game at all.

I m still interested in the DLC as with age my appreciation for punishing game went down drastically ;)
