I am getting tired of this game. This really shouldn't be this hard!

I've tried dozen of times with different loadouts and no weapon are brining any damage to the raptors trying to destroy the convoy. Also despite commanding the Angelwing to fire at a particular ship it shoots the others anyway.

What am I doing wrong?
