Hello!

Nexus is really cool game, but unfortunately I have a game braking problem when attempting to play it for more than several minutes.

The standard right click camera movement have some kind of smoothing+lag implemented that gives me nausea and a feel of being disconnected from the game whenever i try moving it.
I assume this is standard behavior and not just glitch/PC problem as the rest of the game and mouse movement feels crisp. (My system is well optimized, and runs much more demanding games very smoothly.)
This ruins the experience completely as its really hard not to try look around constantly.

I tried searching for mods or fixes but found none. If anybody has any ideas to make the camera movement more connected to mouse movement, please share :)

This is the first time that I ever hear about someone with this issue. I am also not completely sure what exactly you mean. Would you be able to post a commented YouTube video here?

Yeah i guess my eyes are too sensitive to motion. The game is of course playable (I've done 3 missions) but the eye-strain is too big for it to be enjoyable.

As for video i tried doing one here:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CPIPjPseGRk
Notice the cursor, it stops way before the camera finishes moving.
Is that a normal game behavior ? (i assume it does)

Of course normally i don't rotate that much, but the effect feels worse when moving it around casually, as my brain expects the screen to stop when my arm stops. The camera lag gives the feeling of being on a carousel as it spins the world when the brain expects still image.

Sorry if this sounds too picky, but it really does bother me quite hard :(
I see what you mean: The camera seems to snap into position. But honestly I never noticed it before. You did run the game in windowed mode. Did you try with fullscreen enabled? (Not that I expect that to change anything...)

Tried many different setups including fullscreen and DX8 mode, and unfortunately I'm pretty sure this is how the game supposed to work.

I wonder if camera movement is modable or is it hardcoded into exe ... (i've found some info about cinematic camera controls for custom content but nothing useful)

Thanks for your time anyways :)

Well, what you can do is to join the Nexus Facebook group (it's being run by the former publisher, Vincent van Diemen) and track down one of the developers. I guess they can tell you more about it. Please keep us informed of your progress.
