Before I updated my laptop to windows 10, I was able to play NWN diamond while in windowed mode. Before, I was using Windows XP service pack 2 and windowed mode worked fine. If I tried full screen, I had a lot of visual bugs.

Now when I start up (in windowed or full screen mode) the visuals are fine, but once I get to the main game screen the game freezes up, and windows says that the program isn't working and it forces it to close. I have been using the same compatibility settings, and have tried re-downloading the game but nothing seems to work. As far as my computer specs, GPU: GeForce GT 550M
CPU: intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2670QM CPU @ 2.20GHz
Memory: 8.00 GB RAM (7.9 usable)
Resolution: 1920x1080
Driver version: 353.62
OS: WIndows 10

You probably need the old DirectX runtimes.

Don't run the websetup, it doesn't work after win7

Download to a new folder on your desktop and then run DXSETUP.exe
When it says installation complete. you can delete the new folder from your desktop.

For Compatibility mode, you just need Disable display scaling on high DPI settings. And Run as Administrator.
