I can't explain what is the problem, I mean, I can't find proper word to describe it. Here, look at image attached. I happens very often and it's frustrating to play like that.

Did you try a clean reinstall of the game? Making sure the old NWN folder is deleted before reinstalling.

First time I seen that happen.

AMD video cards are known to have trasparency issues with this game cause it has reflections/transparency inverted
but the main menu graphic is just a simple texture you could edit in paint.

Do you have anything in your override folder?

Yes, I tried to reinstalling the game, but I can't remember if it was clean reinstall. I have nothing in my override folder. I tried running the game as administrator, disabling scalling, tweking graphics modes, installing dirextxjune2010, tweeking graphics options ingame.

Is it on another hard drive or werid location where permissions might be issue?

It's on c drive, since I don't have d drive on this laptop. I tried reinstalling it on different paths, but not luck there.
