soooo i dont know that much about caracter creation . i was wundering if weapon master can wear shield with out negativ effects... and since were her what kind of tank class can i build with a shield and who use no magic .

No real penalty for shield use for warrior classes except the obvious:

Can't use a weapon in your off hand because your other hand is holding a shield.

Can't get 1.5x strength damage that you get from using two hands to hold a weapon, because your other hand is holding a shield.

Ja, it's not like Dragon Age where you can use the shield as a weapon …
