Downloaded the NVW diamond edition on my windows 8 laptop and when I downloaded it did not have the toolset on the main menu so I went back to gog and made sure I downloaded all 3 parts and all the bonus stuff and extracted and then I triple checked but still no luck so does anyone have an answer for my problem?

Look for nwtoolset.exe in your Neverwinter Nights Diamond Edition root directory.
