There is something simple i'm not doing right...But when i'm sending the request form for my CD keys in Neverwinter nights, I complete the form and when I click "Send" it just acts like its sending (by the little rotating icon beside it) but it stays that way and nothing happens...The web page doesn't change and I haven't received a message in my account page indicating that i sent the form. Every other webpage on my computer works fine so I dont think it has anything to do with my computer.

Have you tried a different browser?
Do you have any plug-ins disabling java script?

There was a problem with the form but apparently it's fixed now.

what form? I bought this game july 1st and I saw no mention of such a form anywhere.
I am supposed to actually request CD keys? they aren't given out automatically with my purchase? Why doesn't it say so anywhere?

It says so right on the game's information page, although perhaps poorly worded to indicate you need to obtain new keys rather than just register the ones you are given with the installation:

"Multiplayer notice: online multiplayer mode is available after register your unique CD-key for the game. For details see: <span class="podkreslenie">Support</span>."
