ryusg7: Okay its been over 2 days now. this customer service is horrible. From this experience neither of us will be buying from your website again. I am also getting close to Contacting the Better Business Bureou, and a lawyer. We paid for something and did not receive what we paid for, that is against the law. I expect this matter resolved before I have to take that route.
You did get what you paid for. If you check the product page, it says right at the end of the product description:
Multiplayer notice: In order to access the multiplayer you must first enter your unique cd-key. For details please follow this link. The link takes you to a page that states:
To play Neverwinter Nights online, you will require a unique CD key. Please contact us through this support form and select "multiplayer key request" in the "I have a problem with:" drop-down menu. We will send you the CD key along with additional instructions. Changing the CD key will result in the premium modules (like Kingmaker) not working anymore, because they will use the default key for validation. To get around this, go to your My Account page and find the "premium modules re-installer", under the game's additional content. Download this file and install it. The modules will now be adapted to the new CD keys. I agree it's not exactly ideal, but they do it this way so they're not just handing out thousands of unique keys that won't even be used. And I also feel it should be a little more clearly displayed that this procedure needs to be done if you want to play multiplayer. But the info
is there and you did get what you paid for, so going to the BBB or to a lawyer is going to be a waste of your time.
