I requested a CD Key for my copy of NWN but I am not seeing my request show up in the my questions section, I have also noticed this with other requests ive made for other games and never got any replies, any idea whats up?

I am having the exact same problem, made 2 requests for keys so far, and one general request.

No confirmation of ticket, and no response.

I'm having the same issue. It's been a week now and I'm starting to get very annoyed.

GOG does not seem to be paying attention to the posts on the forums right now, and there is obviously some kind of problem with either the support requests or the issuing of the keys. Only thing to do is either remain patient or try nudging them via other methods, like their Twitter or Facebook pages.
