Those are fairly straightforward to remove in NWN2.
Simply go to:
?\Neverwinter Nights 2 Complete\Movies\
Then delete the following files:
WOTCLogo.bik
OEIlogo.bik
NvidiaLogo.bik
AtariLogo.bik
Legal.bik
Legal_NX1.bik
Legal_NX2.bik
Legal_ROW_NX1.bik
Legal_ROW_NX2.bik

That works too :)

Although there is no point in keeping the ones I specified (unlike the intro and credits which you might conceivably want to see one day).

You should also be able to do the following:

In the nwn2.ini file in the "Documents\Neverwinter Nights 2" directory, add the line "Disable Intro Movies=1" in the "[Display Options]" section.
