I've never used it before. I can't find any videos on how to use it that are in English.

So it does not add new races classes etc at the character creation screen? You use a separate editor after making your character? Or did I not install it properly?

It's been a few years, but I think that you have to install it to each module that you'd want to use it for. I only had it installed for a short period, but I remember being able to make new characters with the new options for the original campaigns. You'd be able to make certain changes to characters with Leto (or any editor, possibly), but a number of options you'll find in the PRC include new spells, abilities, and such that might be hard to find and edit with Leto.

Let me point out that most people do not use PRC for various reasons -- ranging from balance to the hassle of having to "inject" it into every module to it clashing with changes in custom modules (and causing them not to work). So if you think you "should" or "have to" use it, you don't.
