Did Beamdog do anything about the 'feature' of losing XP if you summoned a class familiar/companion or shadow as a Shadowdancer?.

I found this mod here: https://neverwintervault.org/project/nwn1/script/party-size-penalty-manager-no-xp-loss-override and it either doesn't work with the EE or I did something stupid.

I just stuck it in the documents>override and checked the values in the .2DA file that claim leaving the values at 1.0 offsets the XP penalty.

Is there another mod out there or an option in the game I'm missing?.

Thanks.

I always thought this was one of the dumbest decisions they made with this game.
Found an answer here: https://www.gog.com/forum/neverwinter_nights_series/how_to_remove_all_xp_penalties/page1

"Q: How do I simulate the BioWare xp system but without henchman xp penalties?

A: You will need to set the variables to the following:

CustomXP=1
CustomXPSlider=10
CustomXPMaxGroupBonus=100
CustomXPMaxXP=0
CustomXpRadius=60
CustomXPDiffPen=0 "

Anyone kind enough to point me in the right direction? Are these scripts or lines that can be edited in the editor?. Thanks.
So on this page: https://nwnlexicon.com/index.php?title=Global_variables it shows how to adjust global variables with the toolset.

So can I find the existing variables mentioned in that thread and change them to the specified values?.

Or do I just add them as specified in the post and the values will overite?.

Thanks
