Hi, so it says the GoG version of NWN:EE also comes with the original game:

"Neverwinter Nights: Enhanced Edition includes the unaltered original version of Neverwinter Nights Diamond (The original version will be automatically added to your account.)"

I assume that includes a set of CD keys for the original game.

If I already have purchased the GoG version of NWN Diamond on this account, will I still recieve a "new version" of the original game as well?

tl;dr -- If I already have GoG NWN Diamond on this account, can I still get a fresh set of NWN Diamond CD keys by purchasing GoG NWN:EE on this account? I just want to make sure if I should just use a new GoG account for this in case there's some conflict.

I had exactly the same thought on this.
Also it would be really nice to have an upgrade option for owners of the diamond edition!

A code for the original edition is included with purchase, but only if you don't already own NWN Diamond. After buying NWN:EE, as an owner of the Diamond edition, I did not receive a new code. A main reason new codes are not given to current owners is that NWN Diamond was given away for free for a limited time just months before GOG began selling the new edition (it was also given away a few other times, once with purchase of an unrelated game).
