I noticed something called 'premium modules re-installer' in the 'Bonus content included for FREE with purchase' section of the GOG Neverwinter Nights: Diamond Edition page.

What is this mysterious re-installer?

It is the expansion pack 'Kingmaker'. It includes the Bioware premium modules Kingmaker, Shadowguard, and Witch's Wake.
