I don't want to install or even use something like Galaxy to install development updates. Why are devel updates for Neverwinter Nights: Enhanced Edition only available via Galaxy? Does GOG as a company has any say in the matter at all or is it out of their hands? Either way is a very poor practice, might as well fully switch to the Steam model at this point.

Of course dear, 89.8193.37-14+DoIWD is indeed there. But where is the offline installer for 89.8193.37-15?

I see. Your first post deceived me. Sometimes it takes a week or so for updates to get to the offline installers. Sometimes they are forgotten entirely and you need to open a support ticket to remind them.
89.8193.37-15+DoIWD is now available... Why does it say "+DoIWD" though? It makes me think it includes that DLC even though it shouldn't... right?
The most recent edition that I show is 89.8193.37-14+DoIWD

I saw an alert on the page that there is an update, so it may be that there is a new build coming.
