Hello,

Many years ago, I purchased the NWN Gold edition.

A few days ago, my friend purchased the NWN Enhanced Edition - for Mac.

I realize that I cannot access the old servers (evidently) .... but, if I'm ONLY looking to play with my friend -- is there really *no* way we can set up a direct connection to play NWN 1?

The "instructions" are woefully abbreviated on how to do this. :/

Most games require you be on the same version to play, so they don't have to resolve weird conflicts, I think you are out of luck if want to play between Gold and EE editions.
