hmmm....

I assume windows 10?
you said directx, am I correct to assume directx9.0c?
What about directplay?

Did you try different resolutions? (which resolution are you trying to run?)

Which GPU?
Where did you install it in? (Don't use program files x86..... in general bad idea....)

-Windows 8.1 pro
-directx 9.0 yes
-1920x1080 and 1024x768
-gt 1050 ti
-I try once in program files but I already changed directory.

hmmm...
only differences for me:
directplay installed (you didn't answer this one)
and I am running on AMD GPU and running no problem in 1920*1080.

If you are using newest driver for the TI, try an older version .

All I can think of in the moment....

It is a windows legacy feature

ann/remove programs? programs and features? not sure how it is called in Polish, but were you can repair, deinstall all programs:

in there, Windows feature activate/deactivate -> legacycompononet and tick directplay. Warning, there have been cases reported to MS that sometimes Antivirus prevents/breaks the install without any error message....So you might have to disable your AV.....(as usual disconnect from network and and and ;) ).
