I've completed successfully the first wave in the wheatfield battle in the very first scene/act of the game.

Now what am I suppose to do...I keep standing around and nothing is happening.

Reading a couple of NWN2 walk throughs...a second wave of attackers is suppose to happen...yet for me I 'm just left in the wheat field and nothing is happening.

Any thoughts? What actions should I take now to move the game along?

After the first wave of monsters are dead, you should see a short cinematic and then fight another group of monsters. If that doesn't happen then something's gone wrong; perhaps one of the monsters fell through the scenery or something. I'd run around and check to see if you can find the surviving monster, if not then I think you'd have to reload a save and try again.

Have you found Georg?

When I went through, I got stuck at the wheatfield because I couldn't find Georg. (Seriously) Either he wasn't there for the longest time or I was totally blind.

If you have not found him, then what I did was to just run around blindly for, probably 20 minutes, the he appeared near a tree kinda by the stream near the wheatfield area. It's totally possible that he was there the whole time and I just missed him, but I doubt it.

If you've already found him, then I'm sorry 'cause I don't know.

Cutscenes have been known not to fire and to to get around that try opening a previous save and refighting the wave and seeing if it continues after that
