Lots of people are probably grabbing the NWN2 complete currently. Could anybody who has tried out a bunch of modules give some recommendations of which modules to play through?

In particular, more recent modules that wouldn't have been around when the game was released a few years back, and that use the new features from the expansions would be good.

Basically a list of 'must play' NWN2 modules!

These two from the top of my head.

Harp & Chrysanthemum
One of the finest RPG experiences I've ever had. Can't really say what it was in this that's so absolutely great, but there you go.
Short, moody, mild mature content, enough combat.

Dark Waters (also has a second chapter).

Pretty long and complex story, deep and involving but still somehow a light hearted comedy.
While the story is brilliant, the characters deep and involving, the main draw still has to be the bewildering amount of custom content and strange awesome stuff. Some of it is available as stand alone mods like Pirate Cards and Lute Hero.

Not bug free by any means, keep many separate saves in case you run into a game breaking one. It's absolutely worth the hassle though. Especially the islands on the second chapter are both the greatest stuff and an amazingly rich source of buggery.

BTW. Do not reaload if you die! Death is one of the best characters here. There's just brilliant stuff there, something like "what were you thinking! Didn't you see the fangs on that" or stuff like that.

Jarmo: Dark Waters(also has a second chapter).
How about three chapters in one?

If you don't mind playing as a wizard I'd say that The Wizard's Apprentice and its sequel are the best NWN 2 modules I've played.

I liked The Subtlety of Thay too. And count me a sone more voice for Harp and Chrysanthemum.

Would work even better!
I had totally forgot it was in 3 parts, still can't remember what was in what.
First part was in ruined ruins and the last part mostly sailing around.. I think.
One that I really like that used the SoZ expansion features is Edinmoor, by Dorateen.

It's a create-your-own-party module with an extra joinable companion and special dialogue options based on which party member is your current spokesperson. You act as an investigator for some murders, and fight through several fun locations.
