Sorry if this is an obvious question, but I haven't been able to find anything on google: How do I get the game to display my party's actual hit point numbers, either directly on their character portrait, or in the tooltip when I roll over it?

I've watched a Let's Play where these numbers were visible so I know it's possible, but I'm not sure if it's from a mod or some setting that I'm failing to find (despite searching pretty thoroughly).
