3 of us just bought the game and We've tried almost everything to get the multiplayer to work. Whenever one of us make the game we just don't see it or are able to connect. We've tried direct play, lan (with hamachi) and online mode. Nothing seems to work.

can someone send us some insight or ideas please?

have you checked the windows firewall to make sure the program is not blocked?
as a test try turning off the windows firewall on all computers playing the game.
