I've this problem, the keymapping during the gameplay is completely different from the one displayed by the configuration program of the device. But the game seems to be correctly recognized since during the gameplay the LDC display correctly show stats of my PGs.
Any clue?

The problem could derive from the game using different executables. Maybe the device software isn't aware of the game running, because it's tracking the wrong executable.

If there's an option to add executables manually to the device software to load a certain profile, I'd do that for each executable in the game's folder, especially:
nwn2.exe
NWN2Launcher.exe
nwn2main.exe
nwn2main_amdxp.exe
